This immense success started early on and led to every Gran Turismo game being ranked highly, with a previously unseen level of focus on realism and the racing experience, which is now commonplace in the genre largely due to the series’ influence....

As far as anti-heroes go, The Prowler is a less advanced Iron Man with a Black Cat penchant for breaking into places and stealing advanced tech. Aaron Davis had been involved in theft since he was young, with his brother Jefferson reprimanding him to stop. While Aaron promised, his thievery escalated, and he developed a suit with parts he either created himself or stole. His suit combined with his natural athleticism and intelligence makes him a wary adversary that specializes in sabotage and subterfuge....

Many players had high hopes for Spider-Man: Miles Morales from its very first trailer for obvious reasons. Insomniac’s Spider-Man was a huge success already thanks to fun sandbox gameplay and a good superhero story. Players were hoping that Miles Morales would expand on this, since the original was so good players really only needed more. At the same time, there was apprehension that an expansion to the main game might not have enough to it to make the price tag worth it....

The Spider-Man 2 trailer features both Peter Parker and Miles Morales as they battle thugs in the streets of New York City. A mysterious voice can be heard in the background, talking about seeking out a challenger that can match their skill. This voice isn’t identified in the trailer, but speculation suggests that it could be famous Spider-Man series villain Kraven the Hunter. But while that particular villain wasn’t confirmed by the trailer, a different one was....

These changes did not take away any of the fun that came with playing as Spider-Man but added to the atmosphere and quality of the character. This quality stemmed into the Spider-Man: Miles Morales game and has now provided a possible avenue for a unique Spider-Man videogame experience. During the wait for Spider-Man 2, many fans are occupying themselves by imagining what kind of new features could be added to the game, and discussing how the first Spider-Man game could be improved upon. The American, winner of the Stonehaven Cup in 2014, finished on 12-under-par for the tournament after a three-under 69 to join Australian clubhouse leaders Ashley Hall and Cameron Smith, who both shot final round 66s. Replaying the par-four 18th hole, Hall landed his approach shot closest but was unable to nail his birdie putt, while a 35-foot putt also proved too long for Smith. This year it’s back, with brand new story trailer releasing at the 2012 VGAs. And while some of the mystery has faded – 2012 has provided us with a bevy of The Last of Us gameplay footage, story details, screenshots, and even behind-the-scenes insight – the excitement surrounding Joel and Ellie’s quest for survival hasn’t....

[HTML1] It was nearly two years ago when developer Crystical Dynamics and publisher Square Enix officially unveiled the next installment in the core Tomb Raider series, a reboot, featuring a younger (and more proportionate) Lara Croft. The new Tomb Raider drops the any subtitles and numbers for the franchise name and promises to be the more realistic, harshest game in the series, one that would deservedly earn an M rating....

In the pauses between announcing the evening’s big winners, interviewing creators, and revealing world premieres of next-gen gameplay footage; co-hosts Joel McHale (The Soup) and Geoff Keighley (GameTrailers TV) demonstrated an amazing example of awkward on-screen chemistry. Many of McHale’s jokes fell flat on their own, but even when he did land a clever quip the Community star didn’t get much help from straight man Keighley. McHale’s attempts to tease Keighley (particularly about his excitement over the Titanfall footage) or talk of diapers led to painful interactions that are surprisingly hard to watch....
