Although House Republicans signed on to the demand for an FBI probe, they did not endorse the Democratic staff dossier. One GOP official, who asked for anonymity when discussing committee deliberations, said that contradictory testimony by Clemens’s former teammate and close friend Andy Pettitte justified an FBI probe—but that some other accusations in the Democrats’ dossier were “extraneous” and “unsupported.” Some Capitol Hill Republicans remain skeptical about whether the hearing turned up enough evidence to successfully prosecute Clemens for perjury, though they acknowledge that federal investigators may already have (or could gather) additional evidence to solidify the case....

Bhayangkara FC are set to become Indonesia’s inaugural Liga 1 champions, following their 3-1 away win over Madura United on Wednesday. The win means Bhayangkara are first on 68 points with one league round remaining. Apple Music subscribers can listen to 20 million tracks with lossless audio right now, but the streaming platform will eventually add a total of more than 75 million songs with the new tech. Some of the albums available to listen to now in the new audio formats include Taylor Swift’s Folklore, Arianna Grande’s Positions, The Weeknd’s After Hours, and more. Apple Music’s new lossless audio tier starts at 44.1 kHz (kilohertz), which Apple describes as CD-quality sound....

In May the Court knocked down a Rhode Island law banning price advertising of alcoholic beverages. The law reflected what economists call rentseeking – an interest group using government to confer anadvantage on itself, in this instance by imposing a disadvantage on competitors. Small liquor stores wanted protection from the competition of larger stores with large advertising budgets. Rentseeking is not nice but neither is it unconstitutional. Inddeed, it is the principal industry of the city in which the Court sits....

That being said, Miles Morales was still the second most-downloaded PS5 game in the EU....
